Based on the original 1981 recipe, this fiery addition to our lineup was created to satisfy the cravings of heat-seeking fans. Over the years, Marie gradually increased the habanero pepper content and experimented with various combinations of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Elegant and structured, with a clean finish, our sauces are non-fermented, distinguishing them from common vinegar-based hot sauces. Marie Sharp's sauces, aptly named "Pepper Sauces," spotlight the natural flavors of the fruits and vegetables, free from the astringency and acidity often associated with vinegar-based counterparts.
