Why is my seal broken/cap leaking?
Unfortunately, from time to time, these issues occur during transit (possibly due to the change in pressure experienced by air cargo). All bottles are inspected during our hand-packing process for each and every order. Rest assured all products leave our pack station unopened and carefully wrapped with the original factory neck band still intact. This means the cap/seal issue occurred while the package was tightly secured on its way to you, and it should still be perfectly delicious, and of the same superb quality one would expect when opening a bottle of Marie Sharp’s.
As always, we recommend refrigeration of any bottles with opened caps or broken seals to preserve peak freshness.
